Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Mini Mosaics, made by Rally App, Inc. ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

Your license

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store's usage rules. These terms add to that agreement. Where the two differ about your license to the app, Apple's agreement applies.

Purchases

• Collections are one-time purchases made through the App Store. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Apple processes payment and handles refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Purchased collections can be restored with Restore purchases on any device signed in with the same Apple Account, and shared with your family through Family Sharing.
• The free mosaics and the Mosaic of the Day do not require a purchase.

Mosaics you make and share

The mosaics you make in the studio are yours. When you send a mosaic to someone, you are responsible for what you send, including its title. Please don't use Mini Mosaics to share anything unlawful or hurtful, or anything that isn't yours to share. Mosaics you receive come from the people who sent them, not from us, and you can delete any of them from your gallery.

Our content

The mosaics, artwork, sounds and design in the app belong to Rally App, Inc. You may share images of mosaics you complete for personal, non-commercial use. The app's typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Changes to the app

We may update the app and change, add or remove features and content over time. Collections you have bought stay available to you for as long as we offer the app.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rally App, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
